二、预定拍摄时间与服务
    鉴于维咔奇固有的三对一精细创作模式，使得我们不得不压缩每日的拍摄名额，以保证您尊贵的服务体验。建议您仔细阅读以下规则，避免临时来店造成的服务不周。
    1. 预约拍摄时间
    一般需要提前一周预约；如要预约周末拍摄需提前两到三周预约；如果您拍摄的日期非常重要，不愿错过，请您更早预约；
    2. 预约方式
    门店预约：我们十分希望您能拨冗来门店与影像顾问面对面的充分沟通，让我们对您的需求了解得更详尽；
    网络预约：如果您的时间安排并不充足或您不在当地，也可直接登陆维咔奇网站与影像顾问在线预约；
    3. 制定拍摄计划
    选定您所青睐的服务项目并提供宝宝的姓名、性别、生日、身高、体重，如有清晰的近照更好。我们的服务团队会根据您与影像顾问的沟通档案，在拍摄前专门开会讨论制定详细的拍摄计划；
    4. 签署服务协议，并交付定金，才视为该预约生效；如是网络预约，请下载服务协议，填写完整后与宝宝近照一并发送到yuyue@weikaqi.com，并将定金汇款至维咔奇指定账号；
    5. 请在签约前，考虑是否加入维咔奇俱乐部，签约后再加入俱乐部，本次服务将不能享受会员的优惠价格；
    6. 拍摄当天，有时可能因前一个拍摄的宝宝状态不佳而造成您的拍摄延后，在此预先恳请您的谅解，我们会尽最大努力减少为您带来的不便；

II. Book for shot time and service
    We have to reduce the daily customers’ number considering the three-to-one service, to ensure to offer you the noblest service. We advise you to read the following rules carefully to avoid undeserved service.
    1. Book for shot time
    Generally you shall book one week in advance, and two to three week in advance for weekend shot; if your shot time is very important and can’t be missed, you shall make earlier engagement.
    2. Booking way
    Book at our store: We hope you can set aside your affairs and come to our shop and communicate with our image consulter face to face, making us know more about your demands;
    Book through the internet: In the case that your time is not enough or you are outside the city, you can directly login in WEIKAQI website and make engagement with the on-line image consulter.
    3. Shot plan
    Choose your favorite service item and submit the name, sex, date of birth, height and weight of your baby, clear latest photo is better. Our service team will hold a meeting special for the discussion on making detailed plan before the shot, according to the communication record with the image consulter.
    4. The engagement is valid after signing the service agreement and paying the earnest money; pleases down-load the service agreement for booking through the internet, and after filling in it, send it to yuyue@weikaqi.com along with the recent photo of your baby, and remit the earnest money to the appointed account of WEIKAQI.
    5. Please consider whether to join our club before signing the contract, for we won’t give a preference, if you join our club after signing the agreement.
    6. Here we earnestly request that you can understand the delayed shot arising from the former baby’s out of form on the very shot day. We will make our efforts to reduce the inconvenience caused to you.

三、拍摄
    1. 我们会在预定日前一天打电话与您再次确认时间，请尽量准时或提前15分钟到棚，给宝宝一个适应环境的时间，也避免延误其他宝宝的拍摄，感谢您的理解和配合；
    2. 拍摄前请先按照服务协议交纳余款；
    3. 我们一般情况下会为每个宝宝预留5~6小时的专属服务时间；
    4. 在宝宝状态好的情况下，2小时左右就可以完成拍摄；
    5. 若宝宝拍摄过程中状态确实不佳，而影响拍摄效果，摄影师或引导师会建议您择日补
拍；因上述原因提出的退款要求，维咔奇不予受理；
    6. 拍摄时如有特殊要求，请当面与摄影师沟通；
    7. 关于拍摄时间变更的情况及处理办法，详见维咔奇店内服务协议；

III. Shot
    1. We will call you one day before the booking to confirm the time, please try to arrive at the studio in time or 15 minutes earlier, sparing times for your baby to adapt and avoiding delay of other babies. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation;
    2. Please pay the remained fund in accordance with the service agreement before the shot;
    3. In general, we will reserve a special service time of 5-to-6 hours for each baby;
    4. If the baby is in good form, we can finish the shot in about 2 hours;
    5. In the case that your baby is really out of form and affects the shot, our photographer will advise you to reshot on another day, and the refund requirement of you arising therefrom won’t be accepted;
    6. Please communicate with the photographer face to face in case of special
requirements;
    7. As for the alteration of time and its resolution, please see the in-store service agreement for details.

四、选片
    1. 拍摄后1周内会通知您来店选片；
    2. 若您喜欢的照片超出了服务协议中的签约数量，我们需要额外收取费用(可参照维咔奇
价格体系)；若您希望在相册中增加设计照片的数量，我们亦需要额外收取费用，在此请原谅我们不能无偿赠送；
    3. 其他未选的照片，我们将保留一个月，逾期会给予删除；

IV. Photo select
    1. We will inform you to select photos within one week after the shot;
    2. In the case that your favorite photos are beyond the number stipulated in the service agreement, we will make an additional charge (referring to the series price); and if you want to add designed photos in the album, we still will make an additional charge, please understand that we don’t give free present;
    3. We will preserve for one month the other unselected photos, which will be deleted beyond the time.

五、后期制作
    1. 选片后，正式进入后期制作期，耗时约20~30个工作日；
    2. 后期设计开始后，您的专属数码设计师会与您保持直线沟通，会根据宝宝的照片风格和您的特殊要求进行精修和设计，耗时约10天；
    3. 您认可相册的版面设计后，将下单给美工师制作最终产品，无法更改，所以您的要求务必在版面确定之前提出，感谢您的配合；
    4. 大部分产品的制作耗时约15~20天，特殊工艺制作的产品除外，选片时影像顾问会向您
特殊说明；
    5. 产品制作完成后，客服会用电话、短信及邮件的方式通知您；

V. Post-production
    1. The post-production officially starts after photos selected, taking about 20-30 workdays;
    2. In post-production, your exclusive digital designer will directly communicate with you and make accurate correction and design, according to the style of your baby’s photos and your special requirements, taking about 10 days;
    3. We will place an order to the art director to produce ultimate work which can’t be changed, after you determining the version of the album; therefore, you shall see to it that your requirements are spoken out before the determination of the version. Thanks for your cooperation;
    4. The production of most works will take about 15-20 days with the exception of special process, which will be explained to you by our image consulter when you selecting photos;
    5. After the production, our customer specialist will inform you through telephone,
message or e-mail.

六、取件
    1.  取件时请您出示取件单，并当场检查产品的数量、样式、质量，如有问题及时与客服
沟通；
    2.  鉴于我们的经验，不推荐您使用快递的方式收取产品，以免在运送途中造成损坏；
    3.  我们还为您提供加洗、放大等后续服务要求；
    4.  客服会在您取件后的十个工作日内进行回访，请您对我们的服务提出建议和评价！

VI. Collection
    1. Please show us your collecting receipt and check the quantity, style and quality of the product at the collection, and communicate with our customer service without delay, if you have problems;
    2. In view of our experience, we don’t introduce you to collect your product by express delivery, for lest damages are caused during the transportation;
    3. We will provide you follow-up service such as making copies and enlargement;
    4. Our customer specialist will make a callback within ten workdays after you collecting the photos, please offer advice and comment on our service.
